3 What is November 11th called in Britain?


It called Remembrance Day. And it is also known as Popy Day.


(1) Who lays a wreath?


Wreathes are layed beside war memorials by companies, clubs and societies.


(2) Where?


A national ceremony takes place at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London.


(3) Why?


People wear a red popy in memory of those who sacrificed their lives for us during wars.


(4) How many years is it since the end of World War One?


It is 89 years.



(5) What is the red flower?



It is the Popy.



(6) Why is this red flower used on November 11th?



Only one living thing the popy flowering each year with the coming of the warm weather , brought life , color and reassurance to those still fighting.



4. What happened on November 6th in London?



The State Opening of Parliament.

London is a royal city and has preserved its ceremonies and traditions over hundreds of years.

Some are every day and aome are every year.

Lord Mayor'sShow.

World News November Second

1 (1)Mr.Nagai Kenji, a 50-year-old photojournalist working for APF News, a video and photo agency based in Tokyo.
He was injured on a Rangoon (Yangon) street in Myanmar after he was shot by Burmese troops.
He later died in 27, September.

(2).Japanese government didn't receive his camera.
And he was not killed by stray bullet.
He was shot by troop.

2 (1) More than 100 people have marched in central Burma.

(2) They are monk.

(3) In the wake of the crackdown on protesters last month.

(4) Soldiers had beaten up monks there on 6 September gave momentum to protest began on 19 August over fuel price rises.

(5) ①One evidence that One monk who was on the march told the Democratic Voice of Burma, a Norway-based radio station run by dissident journalists."We are continuing our protest from last month as we have not yet achieved any of the demands we asked for.

I think that government don't have right , because people have the right to freedom of speech.
